Step into your perfect countryside escape at Kvarnviks Gård – a beautifully designed 60 m² apartment where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Wake up in the spacious master bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, surrounded by soft textiles, detailed decor, and blackout curtains that promise a peaceful night’s sleep. Unpack and feel at home with plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and a lovely vintage dresser. 

The second bedroom offers flexibility and comfort, with two 90 cm-wide beds that can be set up separately or joined into a luxurious king-size. Blackout curtains and a wardrobe make it just as cozy and restful. 

The heart of the home is the inviting living room – curl up on the sofa, rock gently in the armchair, or enjoy a movie night with the TV. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is available not only in the apartment but across the entire farm, so you’re always connected if needed. 

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures: from your morning coffee and toast to a three-course dinner. It features a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich grill, and all the cookware and tableware you could possibly need.

The bathroom is clean and modern, with a toilet and shower. Best of all, you have your own private terrace facing south, where you can sip your morning coffee in the sun, listen to the birds, and take in the calming view over rolling fields. Need to do laundry? A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a small fee.

Welcome to Kvarnviks Gård – A Peaceful Countryside Escape Our farm, Kvarnviks Gård, has a rich history dating back to 1907, when the main house was built. The stable, originally constructed in 1923, once housed farm animals and is now part of our charming rural setting. The property also features a historic electric mill, adding to its unique character. 

Meet Our Farm Residents 

We share our farm with two friendly cats, Lilly and Lakrits. Lakrits has unfortunately lost her sight, but she navigates her surroundings with ease and enjoys a peaceful life on the farm. 

Explore the Surroundings Kvarnviks Gård is perfectly located just 2.5 km across the fields from the beautiful white sandy beach of Beddingestrand. You can easily bike there in about 10 minutes or take a scenic walk, passing an alpaca farm along the way. If you're driving, the beach is about 6 km by car. Come and experience the charm of the Swedish countryside while staying in a place full of history, comfort, and natural beauty!
